Vocabulary appreciation with Kung Fu Panda!

I will use the popular DreamWorks movie Kung Fu Panda to quiz the students on their understanding of 20 vocabulary words. Watch the movie and check to see how the words relate.
Words:martial, cliche’, prolific, wan, aesthetic, charisma, recipient , emphatically, paradox, conceive, aura, qualm, zealous, impediment, zephyr, mediocre, reactionary, fabricate, stamina, opportune.

You mention that your new word is “fundiferous”. I think it is a combination of fun, wondrous, and different all at once.

ex: It was a fundiferous event, full of surprises for all.

I agree. Unfortunately, the word is not an original concoction of mine. It was first coined by Theodor Geisel, a.k.a. Dr. Seuss. I came across it when looking for merchandise for English Week. Cat in the Hat fundiferous mug
